Tile cutter operating specifications

one. Manual cutting machine
1. If there is a gap between the brick to be cut and the bottom tile, you can add a proper thickness of paper between the two to avoid the drop angle.

2. Replace the appropriate saw blade: The larger the diameter of the saw blade, the better, the better the diamond content, the better the coarse sand type than the fine sand, and the higher the motor rotation speed, the better. Bao Tao Φ130*20 saw blade is recommended.

3, appropriate to reduce the cutting speed, it is recommended 1 meter / minute. Both hands force the cutter plate to push forward for cutting. When the contact point of the cutting piece and the tail part of the brick are 10-20mm, the advance speed must be slowed to control the collapse angle. During the pushing process, do not press the bricks with both hands. The following diagram should be used to hold the bricks close to the positioning rods.

Second, manual cutting machine:

1. It is recommended to use a cutter with a speed of 1 m/min or more.

2. The bottom of the brick should be flattened; when it is cut, it should be cooled by water; the direction should be backwards cutting (consistent with the rotating direction of the cutting piece), and the method should be straight line, not swinging left and right, slow uniform cutting; during the cutting process, the cutting machine can not press the brick Cut, to follow the force, properly lift the cutting machine for cutting.

3. Security matters:

During the cutting process, attention must be paid to the position of the saw blade and the speed of cutting the product, and self-protection measures should be taken to prevent it from being cut.

The broken pieces of the product must be washed with water during the cutting process.

When cutting, keep a distance of more than 10mm between the hand and the cutting blade to prevent the cutting blade from hurting hands.

Third, cutting precautions

During the cutting process, the cutting speed is appropriately controlled, the cutting speed is slower, the middle speed can be faster, and the closing time must be gradually reduced to prevent missing corners.

Saw blade selection: Different brick products are cut with different types of saw blades. For example, the polished tile should be of peak-and-profit type, and the micro-crystalline stone and glazed tile should be fine-sanded to prevent saw-blade collapse. Antique tiles can be properly cut to reduce the cost of cutting.
