1, the daily inspection and maintenance of the machine
a. Before starting the machine every day, carefully check the working conditions of the laser working gas and cutting gas. If the gas pressure is not enough, it should be replaced promptly.
b. Check whether the X-axis zero point, Y-axis zero point, Z-axis zero point, laser preparation status and other buttons are damaged, (check the indicator lamp).
c. Check whether the zero point of the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis, the limit switch, and the mounting screws of the impact block are loose, and whether the limit switches of each axis are sensitive.
d. Check whether the circulating water level in the chiller is sufficient. If not, add it in time.
e. Check whether there is any leakage in the circulating water circuit of the external light path. Leakage must be handled in time, otherwise the life of the optical lens will be affected.
f. After cutting is completed daily, inspect the focus lens for damage.
g. Check whether the bellows of the external light path is burned or damaged.
h. After the daily work is completed, timely clear the cutting waste, clean the work site, and keep the work site tidy and clean. At the same time, do a good job of cleaning the equipment to ensure that all parts of the equipment are clean and free of dirt.

j. After the daily work is completed, open the drain valve of the air reservoir at the bottom of the air compressor to drain, and close the drain valve after the waste water is drained.
k. After the daily work is completed, press the shutdown step to shut down the machine and turn off the total power to the entire machine.
2. Weekly and irregular maintenance of the machine tool

a. Regularly clean up the debris passing through the ventilation outlet to ensure the ventilation effect.
b. Regularly check the filter in the air circuit to eliminate the water and debris in the filter.
c. Periodically check if the trip switch bracket and the striker bracket screws are loose.
d. It is necessary to promptly clean the dust on the filter screen of the electric control cabinet to ensure good ventilation so as to facilitate the heat dissipation of internal electrical components.
e. The chemical bed timely clears the guide rail and protects the debris in the skin cavity so as to avoid damaging the guide rail, thereby prolonging the service life of the guide rail.
f. After the machine tool is installed, use it for a period of time to readjust the machine tool's level to ensure the cutting accuracy of the machine tool.
g. Every other week must check the X-axis guide rail and screw, Y-axis guide rail and screw, Z-axis guide rail and screw lubricant filling, keep the lubrication of each moving part, extend the X, Y, Z axis guide and wire The service life of the bar.
h. Inspect the surface of the mirror and the focusing lens for irregular conditions (at least once a month) in the workshop environment and clean the optical lens in time to ensure its service life.
